Abstract

|
|
Perforation and rupture of the uterus are dangerous complications of pregnancy which often result in death of the mother and fetus. We observed damage of the gravid uterus during the period from Jan. in 1963 to March in 1968. Uterine perforation due to termination of pregnancy occured 14 cases, and uterine rupture of previous cesarean scar, traumatic and spontaneous uterine rupture of the intact uterus occurred 3, 8 and 3 cases, respectively.
